Food was pretty good. Waited for service for about 15 minutes. Seems it was a miscommunication and there was not wait staff for our table. Music was very loud in the basement, made it hard to carry on conversations. Food was good and service was good once we had waitstaff.

I had an amazing experience at Francesca’s. They followed all the directions I asked on OpenTable app, the food was beyond good and the service is great. Great experience all around

My reservation was made at 5:45 to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my wife. I got there at 6 due to traffic. When I approached to the front to be seated, there were two couples a head in line. I waited in line for a few minutes. When it was my turn, a hostess said the grace time was 15min and it’s too late to honor the reservation. Heartlessly, I was turned down. They firmly said that they won’t honor my reservation. It totally ruined my Valentine’s Day. Unfriendly place.

The service was excellent. We were treated very well. The vodka rigatoni was excellent. The ceased salad was delicious. My girlfriend enjoyed the salmon. The desert was delicious too. I enjoyed the chocolate mint chip gelato.

We selected Francesca's for a pre-show meal, so it was fairly quiet (also Super Bowl Sunday). But the server was very attentive and the food was top notch. Would definitely return here when on North Michigan Ave.

After a warm welcome at the front desk, we were taken to our favorite table, where we picked out a couple of favorites from the menu. These arrived quickly (though we had ample time to enjoy the warm bread first) and turned out to be hot and flavor-filled. An excellent evening, from welcome to farewell: all stars all round!

We celebrated our 25th Anniversary here and we could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was wonderful, food was delicious, and they all made the evening special. Highly recommend.
