A walk through the doors into the fabulous Frankie Bones Restaurant & Lounge takes you back to the carefree style of the early 1960s and t's restaurants in the big cities across America. Frankie Bones serves coveted American-Italian cuisine seven days a week and is located next to WiseGuys on Main Street on Hilton Head Island and off Buckwalter Parkway in Bluffton. Lunch at Frankie Bones is about signature sandwiches, homemade soups, fresh seafood, crisp flatbreads, entrée salads, and premium pasta dishes. Always fresh and always fabulous! Served from 11 AM until 4 PM, Monday through Saturday, Frankie Bones is the perfect atmosphere for a business or family lunch.

Have been to Frankie Barnes a few times. Start off with the hostess had a bit of an attitude. Our waitress was wonderful. She was very busy with many tables. We found the food to be a bit salty. I did not like twice baked potato that came with my prime rib so she offered whipped potatoes . We did not realize that we got charged extra for those ..4.50.. It wasn’t a substitution until we got our bill. It was just the point of charging us when I couldn’t eat. The other potatoes seemed an It was just the point of charging us when I couldn’t eat. The other potatoes seemed a bit ridiculous. Overall, we just found the food to be somewhat mediocre unfortunately.

Frankie Bones is consistently a great experience. The food, service, selection on the menu, drinks etc are always top notch! We know when we go there it is always going to be an enjoyable experience

‘JC’, our server seemed to be assigned to too many tables - pacing of apps, vs salad/soup, vs entrees was extremely ‘gappy’ - long waits between courses! We’re seated close to the kitchen - and seemed to be hearing on-going arguments emanating in the prep area! Restaurant was full - and running over! Food was good, though!

Had a fabulous time celebrating a birthday! Food was great… especially the donuts with the fruit compote and chocolate dipping sauce! The steak and mushroom pizza on the cauliflower crust was perfect! And the schnitzel… Yum!
