A walk through the doors into the fabulous Frankie Bones Restaurant & Lounge takes you back to the carefree style of the early 1960s and t's restaurants in the big cities across America. Frankie Bones serves coveted American-Italian cuisine seven days a week and is located next to WiseGuys on Main Street on Hilton Head Island and off Buckwalter Parkway in Bluffton. Lunch at Frankie Bones is about signature sandwiches, homemade soups, fresh seafood, crisp flatbreads, entrée salads, and premium pasta dishes. Always fresh and always fabulous! Served from 11 AM until 4 PM, Monday through Saturday, Frankie Bones is the perfect atmosphere for a business or family lunch.

We often this restaurant but food was a bit dissapointing as my pasta was dry and eggplamt just okay. The rest of my family enjoyed their dishes. We were seated 35 mins late and our tables were uneven for our party of 5. The waitstaff was kind and efficient. The ambience could have been a bit more exciting as it was New Year's Eve. They did not have hats or anything special.. We will absolutely come back again, but hopefully, they will consider my suggestions .

We enjoyed a fabulous meal on NYE. The meatballs, the pasta dishes and the chicken were all exceptional. Don was our server. He was pleasant, professional and prompt. He made us feel welcome and provided outstanding service. Frankie Bones has quickly become a HHI favorite for our family. Our only concern has been the service everyone seems to receive from the hostesses - they all seem to be a bit rude and rather condescending.

Food and service were excellent. It was quite loud so hard to have a conversation at the table. Recall a time where they played crooner music in the background. Now they play current pop music. Much prefer the crooner music.

We had a great New Years Eve at Frankie Bones. Food never disappoints. Service by Tom was excellent and we never felt rushed. It was a bit loud since we were at a booth next to the bar, but overall a great evening!

Best place to eat on Hilton Head especially New Years Eve. All around a great time with family. Shout to Don our waiter that took real good care of us

The food was delicious but the only thing I have to say is I ordered the 4 oz Filet mignon And it looked lost on the plate, it needed a better presentation.
