Fun and easy dinner date! I’ve always planned on visiting the museum and getting a drink or dinner here but have put it off for… decades!? So we came in for an early dinner and will have to come back and see the museum upstairs. Really cool to eat in the same space as Washington and the Beekman, etc etc. the service was friendly and kind (most important) and we enjoyed our tavern food - especially the stout & 3 oyster special :), wine was good, ambiance was Christmas light spectacular. Can’t wait to bring friends from out of town next time. Or just us again, looking forward to it!

Absolutely incredible vibes here. It is decorated very nicely for Christmas. The hostess Helena is the best and most friendly hostess ever.

Un posto davvero molto caratteristico! Una volta entrati sembra di fare un salto nel passato: pavimento in legno, grandi panche e tavoli, luci soffuse rendono l' atmosfera davvero accogliente. Vista nel periodo natalizio è ancora più magica. Una vasta scelta di piatti e bibite con materie prime di buona qualità. Il personale cordiale e accogliente completa il tutto

Hostess was friendly, but the waiter was rude, he gave us such bad service. Drinks were Ok but the spicy Margarita was horrible.
