The name GAONNURI represents our placement in what we believe is the center of the world, both physically and figuratively. Located in the heart of New York City, a city that represents the intersection of the finest cuisines and eclectic cultures, GAONNURI seeks to gather people of all backgrounds to share in a traditional Korean dining experience. We hope that the authenticity of the food and the enjoyment of the dining experience will invite patrons for generations to come. Thank you for allowing us to invite and serve you in our own culinary center.

Kindly note we cannot guarantee window seating due to high demand, and we offer 2 hours dining time per tables. Reservations made after December 10th are non-refundable. Reservations 9pm and after are for guests looking to join us through the New Year with final seating at 10pm. Thank you Gannouri for another fantastic evening of dining! We waited eagerly for your reopening on 1 December and enjoyed dining twice since then. The BBQ marinated Kalbi, the seafood pancake, beef chapchae, seafood soondubu were excellent and delicious as always, the service is top notch and the ambience on the 39th floor is unbeatable on top! The best Korean BBQ and Korean restaurant in NYC!

We had to wait about 50 minutes for them to start serving us the chosen menu whose cost is US195. When we sat down, one of the diners asked for a coca zero, which they only brought after repeating the request three times and about 20 minutes had already passed. I do not recommend this restaurant because of the poor service and the price is far from indicating that it will have an unforgettable meal.

The staff was extemely accommodating, polite and friendly as I changed the reservation date and then the number in the party. The ambience was classy and stunning. My party was very impressed with the experience. The appetizers were great. I thought the steak could have been more tender and had more flavoring but overall, a great experience.
