   Amazing. This was my second time at Giada's and the second time I had the Anniversary tasting menu... however, I went down the other path and chgose the options I didn't have the first time! The pasta was revelatory. I had the wild mushroom and vegetable Bolognese and it was incredible. Rich, earthy, and full of flavour. The pasta was perfect...al Dante, toothsome, but delicious. It needed just an extra touch of salt to fully bring everything to perfection but it was still excellent. A common theme in both meals i have had is great Italian quality ingredients, done simply and perfectly. The short ribs exemplifies this approach. A rich, well seasoned slow cooked rib that flakes to the fork. Creamy polenta bursting with Parmesan and pepper. Roasted asparagus that is crisp ... But cooked. Pops of small tomatoes. Nothing Fancy. But no element was out of place or unnecessary or extraneous. Unfortunately, the first course was a tuna that was the least successful component of the overall meal. It was ...fine. There was much too much sauce that distracted from the fish. The crispy Parmesan (?) bites were great as was the fried thyme. Again a touch of salt would have helped, but the mayo forward sauce marred an otherwise great dish. Tiramisu for dessert is classic, done well with a Giada twist...and was the perfect ending. I also included the wine pairing. It was great added value and well worth it Overall, the service is a highlight and adds to the experience. Friendly staff, versed to guide and support a diner without the feel of an overzealous upselling micro transactionist! A nearby diner had a seafood allergy and my waiter was patient and accommodating. Giada's is a gem. A delicious Italian meal without pretense. It is priced well and an excellent experience.

   Meal was delicious. Not too many things kids would eat, but the waiter was able to get the Margarita Pizza made into a cheese.

   Absolutely delicious!! The lobster ravioli does have a lemon taste, still good. BUT!!!! The cacio de pepa… incredible!

   Great place, great food, outstanding service! we were at a window but around the corner so a great view of the escalator. It was much better than other high ticket places for the same amount that we visited on this trip .

   Always love coming to Giada’s. The food and drinks were fantastic- and they are very attentive to any food allergies (our table had shellfish and gluten sensitivity). The Serpico cocktail was delicious bacon wrapped dates never disappoint. We had a window table next to the corner where we could also enjoy views of the Strip and Bellagio fountains. Can’t beat it.

    Not what we expected. A real shame-we were celebrating a special birthday but our waiter was quite surly and downright rude. It spoiled the evening for us. The food was nothing to write home about. And overpriced. Although the service for 10 diners was smooth and efficient. We are locals who paid to be driven to and from the restaurant. We should have dined closer to home and had a better meal and we most certainly would have found friendlier waitstaff.
