Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Dress Code Applicable - Swimwear, swim coverups, and sheer clothing not permitted.

The food was excellant...BUT, you take advantage with the prices! Extremely expensive given quantity...and don't even talk about the prices of the wine! It's a real shame.

This is a great spot to visit in Las Vegas. It is in the Cromwell hotel across from Cesar's Place. The restaurant is beautiful, and the wait staff is also excellent. The food is delicious. My favorite is the lemon pasta with shrimp. The charge for bread seems a bit odd, but it's good. Try the cookies for dessert. Amazing.

Food was excellent. I specifically added in the open table notes that it was my daughter’s 30th birthday. I wish your restaurant would have recognized this and done a fun surprise dessert. So many places do that so I was surprised that the servers didn’t acknowledge it nor provide a fun birthday thing. Why enter a note if nobody is going to read it. Our reservation was at 5pm. The restaurant was not busy. We were seated right next to 2 larger tables when most of the tables were empty. I was surprised we were sandwiched in like that.

Third time eating here. As always, food was excellent. However, the service was TERRIBLE simply due to our server that had NO interest in waiting on us.

Great dinner with a nice view of the strip. Ask for a window seat. The lemon shrimp pasta was delicious, but a bit pricy for only 2 small shrimp. The grilled artichoke was also yummy, but way overpriced. Overall delicious food and fantastic service.

We were disappointed with our visit to Giada. Service was indifferent at best, food was mediocre and not what we would have expected given the prices and Giada's name. Best part of the meal was the bacon covered dates appetizer -- that was really good. I don't recommend the Giada special Negroni cocktail, which is basically a sweet, low-alcohol version of a Negroni. Our meals were Salmon, which was okay. I had the Pappardelle, which was mushy and not very flavorful. Server was slow to ask us for drinks, so we sat at the table for a while after we arrived, even though the restaurant was not crowded.

We really enjoyed our meal. The tasting menu with the wine pairings was wonderful. Between the two of us, we tried several different choices. Regarding the tiramisu, that's what clouds would taste like! Best meal we've had in several years.

Food was ok but pricey for the quantity and quality. Service was so so. The bright sign outside that shines into the restaurant ruins the ambiance. It’s unfortunate. All food was expensive in Vegas — this is just another example of it.
