Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Dress Code Applicable - Swimwear, swim coverups, and sheer clothing not permitted.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special, welcoming us with warm smiles and excellent service. The atmosphere was perfect for a birthday celebration—classy yet comfortable. The decor was beautiful, setting a wonderful backdrop for our evening. We opted for the tasting menu, and it was simply outstanding! Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delight, showcasing the talent and creativity of the chefs. The variety of courses kept us excited, and we appreciated the thoughtful pairings that enhanced each dish. Overall, this was an unforgettable evening filled with laughter, joy, and exceptional food. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so memorable! We will definitely be back for more celebrations in the future!

Overall, it was a lovely dining experience. The bread board, salmon entree, and lemon potatoes were perfection. My partner thought that, while the flavor profile of the lemon spaghetti signature dish was enjoyable, the texture was on the thicker / doughy side and therefore was a bit distracting. We had one great and one not so great server throughout the night. Loved the gelato and sorbet, though fair warning that the raspberry and blackberry are quite tart. Also got a pretty good view of the Bellagio fountains.

Drinks were overpriced, the lemon spaghetti was undercooked, shrimp was tough and chewy, and the lady next to us was coughing towards our table without covering her mouth. We couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Food and service were top notch as always! It is so nice to be able to eat somewhere this consistent!!! By the way, the hot cocoa soufflé is the best one we’ve had!!! Merry Christmas!

A very nice dining experience to celebrate a birthday. I came here with my wife in honor of her 65th birthday. We were taken to a beautiful window view table (we did not pay the extra price for this) and she was handed a glass of champagne. Service was excellent. Food was nicely prepared although my crab appetizer and the lemon spaghetti were somewhat on the cold side. We ordered chicken as a side with the spaghetti but were served shrimp instead. The situation was corrected promptly. My wife ordered Giada's cookies for dessert and these were given to her complimentary to make up for the error with the shrimp. Overall, a very nice way to celebrate a birthday or special event. We will come again.
