Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Dress Code Applicable - Swimwear, swim coverups, and sheer clothing not permitted.

We shared the Crab arancini which was bland and you couldn’t taste the crab. I had the Lemon Spaghetti with the scallops added. The scallops were cooked perfectly, the shrimp was a little overcooked, and the dish entirely was good, but did not taste like I would expect from a high end celebrity chef. The pasta is allegedly fresh, however, it did not taste differently from a packaged pasta. I have had fresh pasta before and expected the pasta to seep in the flavors of the sauce and sort of melt in your mouth. My drink, Serpico, was excellent and my favorite part of my meal. The ambiance, view, and look or the restaurant was beautiful and the service was excellent.

This was a great dining experience. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The bread plate was amazing. The entrees were incredible and those cookies were out of this world. We will come back when we return to Vegas!!!

Excellent food. Attentive, but not annoyingly so staff. Friendly. Great view of the strip & Bellagio fountain (you can pay to guarantee a window seat, but they do seat you there if open). Very happy with second visit.

The Ambiance and the service was amazing. The food was good. I got the Casio De Pepe and the flavors out of this word. The noodles were too aldente.

Vinimos porque nos gusta ver a Giada y sus recetas en televisión y en sus redes. Los platillos se relacionan mucho en sus recetas y está delicioso. Volvería a cenar ahí. Excelente servicio y comida.

Paid extra for strip view table. Not worth it. Our table was across from the large digital billboard. It was bright and killed the ambiance. I should not have to pay extra for that. The host seated someone without a reservation before us. We had to wait. The food and waiter were great.

Very easily got a resy here for a party of 6 day of. Very quiet and low key. Server, Billy, was wonderful. Drinks are great and everyone enjoyed their food.
