Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Dress Code Applicable - Swimwear, swim coverups, and sheer clothing not permitted.

Had a reservation and was seated immediately. Wait staff was extremely professional, kind and prompt. Manager (I’m assuming) stopped by to check on us. Good was excellent. It is a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. Will definitely return on our next vacation

There was a misunderstanding about reserving the window seating and the reservation fee. The hostesses gave away our table because my mom was waiting for the only valet person working. The manager was very nice and understood the situation when I explained the requested strip view. The food was okay a bit over priced for what it was. Risotto side was massive and only could take a few bites due to it being very rich. There is no dress code so the couple next to us had pajamas on and people with backwards hats being seated.

All the food was amazing. The filet was top notch. Our only issue might have been the server who seemed to have zero personality and a voice that was so low I had to ask him to talk louder.

Dinner reservation for 6:30 told would get a phone call when our table was ready, people standing between tables waiting to be seated about 30 people waiting outside the foyer was completely packed like a subway train. I told the hostess to forget it I was not going to pay $200 for dinner in such an environment. We got a call at 7:30 that our table was ready. What’s the point of making a reservation when there are no tables!?!?

The food was spectacular but the online menu showed chicken piccata and it was not available. Updating the menus on your website might avoid other disappointed customers! I left disappointed even though the food was delicious!
