Giardina's, one of the Mississippi Delta's most historic restaurants, was founded in 1936 by Joseph Giardina, in Greenwood, Mississippi. A unique blend of sophistication and warmth, Giardina's is the perfect setting for any event. Seating consists of fourteen private booths and the large dining room opens onto a beautiful courtyard. The restaurant's interior space and state-of-the-art kitchen were designed by world-renowned architects. Considerable effort was made to retain the character and charm of the original Giardina's, but the white tablecloths and fine crystal add the feeling of elegance one would expect from a fine dining restaurant in a large metropolitan area. Giardina's bar, reminiscent of a bygone era, features the same dark wood and tile of the restaurant while offering today's premium liquors, wines and liqueurs. Featuring steaks, seafood and Italian cuisine, Giardina's atmosphere is old world elegant but dress is laid-back "Delta casual.”

    Our server was the sweetest lady… everyone’s food was delicious, but the Mahi was tough and dry. The Crawfish dip was phenomenal and the warm bread she brought was delicious with it. I ordered the Harvest salad with blackened chicken and it was great. Brussel sprouts were as good as I remembered. Can’t wait to go back!

    The wine list said over 450 available . The list was very short and they were out of most.

Please let me know the next time y'all visit and I'd be happy to share our main list with you. We removed the larger list for some revisision as we are rolling out our new list soon.     We visited to have dinner. The ambiance with the private seating area and the waitress was great. The food was well prepared as well as tasted good. The drinks from the bar was great as well. We would recommend and come back for a visit.

    I excellent Server and wonderful cuisine. It would be nice to offer more cuts of beef. Strips, T Bones, Porterhouse and allow the customer to ask for larger cuts of Filet. All good.

    Great Menu with a big variety to choose from. We did small plate and everything was delicious. Love the privacy this restaurant offers!!! A very good place to propose or just have a very romantic dinner. Would especially recommend if your staying at the Alluvian.

    Overall nice but was expecting a fine dining experience-a little more casual but was okay- Like the privacy - staff was nice - Waitress was new a little too casual but nice and friendly - Would go back
