Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse has been a Chicago icon since partners Hugo Ralli and Steve Lombardo opened its doors in May 1989. The classic American steakhouse serves Gibsons Prime Angus Beef and Gibsons Grassfed Australian Beef. Gibsons also features fresh fish, classic cocktails, an extensive wine list and exceptional service. Celebrities, Chicago visitors and loyal neighborhood residents enjoy three distinct locations: Chicago, Rosemont and Oak Brook. Beautiful private dining and events spaces available.

Awesome food and service in a real steakhouse atmosphere, at high-end steakhouse prices. A real treat though and enjoyed it thoroughly.

What an amazing lunch experience after a wonderful day with my family at unicorn world! Jordan was absolutely amazing and even made a connection with my daughter which most servers look at a four-year-old and say oh God.. the food’s always incredible but man that service and hospitality thank you. Jordan will come back again for sure.!

excellent experience, we shared the crabcake app, had the ribeye, full slab ribs, hamburger, fries, baked potato, brussel sprouts and cocktails were also delicious! Waiter was friendly and ensure a great meal was served. Thank you, its now our favorite resturant

Wonderful food and amazing dessert. Pricey but that’s expected looking at the menu and location. FYI the dessert was over the top good and size!

Fantastic steak. The filet was literally one of the best I’ve ever had. Craft cocktails and sides were excellent as well. We dined on a Friday night and the restaurant was slammed, although they handled it very well. My only knock was for ambiance and noise level, but it was to be expected on a Friday night during prime hours. Will definitely return in the near future.

Our food was excellent, as always. Steaks were done to perfection, and the app's were great. Our server Vernon was not only the best server we have ever had at Gibson's, he was probably the best server we have ever had, period. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, engaging, humorous and attentive. We will definitely request him next time!

The food was good, service exceptional. They helped make a birthday celebration memorable. The seating is super compact and a little uncomfortable when seated in the aisle. That wasn’t expected.
