   The buffet ended at 4:00. We arrived at 2:30. They were out of pecan pie, cheesecake, and some of the vegetables. My wife asked the carver for a slice of prime rib that was cooked medium. She got a golf-ball sized lump that was well done. The Pepsi was $2.50 extra and tasted watered down. Maybe it was sitting in ice too long. The service was good.

   We’ve celebrated many father’s day, Mother’s Day over the years and most recently Easter at Gigi’s . Even though staff seemed to be working hard we were led around the dining area without being able to be seated due to uncleared tables. Basing the menu off previous years , it was disappointing. I overheard many patrons asking if fried chicken was on the menu so I wasn’t the only one missing items, peel and eat shrimp for another. The salad bar choices were subpar. The advertised cheesecake was gone before 1:00 pm. To add insult to injury, less choices, eating beside tables filled with dirty dishes and food, coffee wasn’t even included. We will not be giving Gigi’s another chance for some time in the future.

   Food was good ! It was so busy but tables cleared quickly- water refilled constantly and an overall enjoyable experience

   The food was amazing from the fried oysters to the butter beans and chicken wings. Everything was well seasoned and fresh!

   We made a reservation through Open Table for 5pm and when we arrived a Ramada Inn front desk clerk told us GiGis was closed and didn’t know why. No one from the restaurant was there to tell us what happened.

   Nest time when u put out a buffet for Christmas just leave the theme just that. Doing brunch was not a good idea.

    Very disappointed!! 5th or 6th time eating Gigi’s holiday buffets and by far the worst. Service was very poor-clearly at least 1 hostess and 2 servers short. Very poor quality food-salad and soup bar dirty and half empty, vegetables poorly prepared. Dessert selection non-existent and pie was severely undercooked. We will not be back!
