You feel a great energy when you walk into the Glass House Tavern. The decor is soothing and warm, and their neighborhood hospitality makes guests feel welcome. The prompt, friendly service is delightful and the food is incredible.

The contemporary American menu sets this restaurant apart from the other choices in the neighborhood. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are the emphasis here and the results are fantastic.

                                      We forewent the prix fixe theatre menu as each course seemed to be a large serving. We opted to share the crab cake (incredible) and then ordered the half chicken and the lamb bolognese. Laura was an incredible server and ensured we had a wonderful time and made great menu recommendations. Perfect pre-theatre spot!

                                      Food was good not great. The martini was excellent! Our server really struggled even though there was only three tables in our section ( we were upstairs, much quieter). He brought our appetizers before our cocktails, took forever to bring the wine, didn’t offer dessert, didn’t bring our receipt after we paid.
