The 290 seat restaurant is the most authentic English pub experience in Las Vegas, as only a native UK chef can provide.
The pub features elevated British pub food in a comfortable and lively setting showing sporting events from across the world on state of the art entertainment systems.
The pub includes 36 beers served on tap plus 24 bottled beers. With an eye towards dishes that pair well with beer the pub menu includes Braised Short Rib, Fish & Chips as well as an Oak Fire Grill serving up Filet Mignon and New York Strip's

It’s so loud you can’t have a conversation with who you go to dinner with. Food is great but noise level is out of control!

We know it’s a pub - but saw that you can still order steaks or the infamous Wellington. The food was good - but not GREAT like you would expect from a GR Restaurant. The ambiance was confusing as there were people dressed up and then people in very casual clothing. It was louder then I would expect. Our waiter was wonderful.

Had a large group for my 50th birthday. Our server who I cannot remember his name was amazing and made our time a lot of fun. The Beef Wellington was delicious. Would definitely go back again.

Have wanted to have beef wellington for a longtime, it did not disappoint. Only negative I would have is we purchased a couple of merchandise items, which were added to out food bill, which increased the servers tip significantly, coming from a country where this is not a common practice was disappointing. But overall was really good

Unfortunately, I’m going to say I was very underwhelmed. I was very excited about going to the Gordon Ramsay pub and Grill. We are from Vancouver and I watch all of his shows and I was very excited about trying his food. Unfortunately, the French onion soup came out warm, not hot And after my partner, and I ate the fish and chips and shepherds pie, we both had severe belly aches , I think it was from the oil that was used to cook the food There is no way both of us would’ve had these type of bellyaches I still have reservations at Hills’s kitchen tomorrow. I’m debating if I wanna continue going to that restaurant or cancel the reservation. On a positive note for dessert we had to sticky toffee pudding, which was absolutely out of this world, and I would definitely have that again
