   Once in a lifetime dinner experience for us. We arrived early and sat at the bar where we had a delicious mule and amaretto sour and had a front row seat watching the mixologist. When entering the restaurant you cross through a tunnel taking you from a breathtaking Paris view to amazing London. Our table was ready right on time where we experienced nothing but exceptional dinner service from all the staff. The food was exceptional of course. We enjoyed another mule and Paloma to drink, the bread, Caesar salad and shrimp cocktail appetizers, lobster Mac and cheese, beef Wellington, seafood trio, steak trio, and mushrooms. They were all amazing and would not have expected anything less. Gordon Ramsay Steak soared past any expectations we could have ever had and hope to visit again some day.

   The staff were very attentive and great to talk to. We did the Gordon Ramsey experience, every bite of food ignited our palette and we talked about how amazing it was all night. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an amazing atmosphere and culinary perfection.

   the food was very good and tasty. only when paying I am obliged to give a tip of 18% 90 dollars. I wanted to give a tip of 45 dollars but they did not think that was enough. too bad they insist on more tip

   We did a reservation at 20:30h, but we only got a table at 21:20h and there was no space to wait a table available. Everything was full. This is the only one observation about the restaurant. Everything was really good.

   We have eaten at almost every restaurant in the Paris hotel, and this by far was the best food and best experience yet! Absolutely amazing and the service was incredible. We will definitely be back to this restaurant!

   Amazing food, however the Beef Wellington seems to have gotten smaller along with the sides portion of the meal. Overall it’s an experience.
