Award winning Chef Gordon Ramsay, known not only for his refined cuisine, but also his TV personality on several hit programs including "Hell"s Kitchen," "MasterChef" and "Kitchen Nightmares," has generated world-wide attention and entertained viewers on six continents.
His Las Vegas contemporary steakhouse includes a large bar area along with private dining rooms in addition to the main dining room. Guests are encouraged to relax in the spacious lounge or enjoy a cozy booth in this ultimate modern steakhouse.

Reservations are highly recommended.

Get a front row seat with this unique and exclusive table experience - enjoy a semi-private table facing the live action of Gordon Ramsay Steak's talented kitchen staff during dinner service. Parties of two to four guests are seated in our kitchen-facing booths. Enjoy an interaction with the Chef and Manager of the restaurant when they come to your table during your meal and discuss the menu items and your experience. ***$29.99 per person is for the TABLE ONLY and does not count towards the cost of food and beverage and it will be charged at the restaurant at the end of your visit. Please note, these seats may have higher noise levels during peak service times due to normal kitchen operations.

Ii had the American Wagyu and it was delicious. The seasoning and tenderness was at it's point. The Shrimp Cocktail was amazing, just as the potato puree.

Fue una cena muy completa y agradable. El maridaje para el menú degustación muy bien elegido. Quizás solo el Sauvignon Blanc de Cloudy Bay un poco pasado en acidez con respecto al Hamachi. El postre es el mejor de los maridajes con el beerenauslese austriaco. Me gustó.

The restaurant is beautiful and conveniently located in the Paris Hotel. The drinks were wonderful, and the support service staff was very attentive; water filled, plates cleared. We were traveling with our kids and had an early dinner reservation. Our waiter from the moment we sat down was pressuring us to order dinner without even placing appetizers. At first, we shrugged it off, but by the third time it was already exhausting. The steaks were not cooked to our requests, and we had to send back. Lobster MAC and cheese was cold but was tasty. The oysters and beef carpaccio were a hit! Disappointing visit.

We had high hopes for a great meal. First, the restaurant is quite noisy. My wife and I could hardly hear each other across the table. The couple next to us left prior to even ordering due to the noice level. We split a ribeye and asparagrass. That was it. Water. No booze or wine. The bill was $155 for what really was a mediocre steak. While it was tender, we make better steaks at home. So, bottom line is that it is not worth the money. But that's to be expected with a restaurant in a casino on the strip.

The service was great, the steak was cooked properly, but the cut of meat itself was not up to par. I sent it back and it was replaced, along with all my sides, but even the replacement was not what I was expecting.

The food and service was phenomenal. It’s a bit pricey, but worth the spend. I would recommend having lighted menus to overcome the dark ambience. It’s a little hard to view the menu with the light setting so low. Other than that - I would certainly return!
