   The finest of dining in Vegas, very pricey but you get what you pay for, we went to Hells Kitchen 2 nights prior and that was an experience but this was a level up from that - be prepared to pay around €500 for 2

   The service was second to none. I didn’t like the fact we had to set so close to another couple. The sticky pudding is soooooo worth leaving room for dessert.

   Our experience at Gordon Ramsay Steak was amazing! Our waitress Jonel was so attentive and worked with us to accommodate my wife’s celiac plus her anaphylactic shellfish, iodine and avocado allergies. Her detailed explanations of each cut on the “Wheel of Meat” inspired my wife to forgo her usual grilled salmon entree and choose the Waygu rib cap. I opted for the 24 oz bone in rib eye. We ordered the mushrooms and Brussels sprouts to round out the meal. And then we saw the “salt tasting” offering as an accompaniment to the meat. We had never seen this in a restsurant before, with three very different types of salt: a black truffle, volcanic Hawaiian, and a coarse white smoked. These salts totally changed my steak eating approach, making each bite a totally mindful experience of choosing the salt and trying different amounts, then savoring the impact it made on the flavor. And the best thing about the salt was that it added no calories at all. We made up for those calories by sharing the cardomom panacotta with brûléed meringue, which was an experience in itself! Smooth, creamy, light, and … delicious! We took about half of each steak and the mushrooms along with the leftover salts “home” and have been enjoying them for breakfast yesterday and lunch today, with enough of the ribeye left for tomorrow! Their ability to reheat without getting tough or tallows tasting is a testament to both the quality of the beef and the original cook! Needless to say, we will be returning in our next trip to Vegas!

   Food was great. Server, Freddy, very knowledgeable. Everything was cooked wonderfully. After looking the restaurant up on google... it seemed there was some form of light dress code yet There were people in there far underdressed and unbathed. That is bothersome to the people who DO put effort to getting ready and dressing to match the ambience and vibe of the restaurant. Other than the smell of the couple next to me, i enjoyed every aspect of the restaurant. Will absolutely return.

   We came here for our last night in Vegas and it was the right choice. Our server was super nice and knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations. The food was outstanding. Steaks melted in our mouths. We shared several sides - all cooked to perfection.

    My husband and I had a wonderful dinner. Our server Jonel answered all of our questions and guided us through the menu. She was the highlight of the evening.
