We really wanted this to be a great experience. Unfortunately, there were many issues. I will start by saying that the food was pretty average, not including the crab dip, that was delicious. The drinks from the bar were also incredibly delicious. Our main issue was with the service. We were in the restaurant for a table of 2 (with a reservation) for over two hours. We were seated immediately, but the service from our server was incredibly bad and lowkey offensive. She took 15 minutes to even come take our apps and drink order. By the time those arrived, she had still not taken our entree order. To order our entrees, we had to ask her to come over and speak with us. Then, our entrees took over 25 minutes and when she brought us the meals, the plates were very hot, which we all know that means it had been sitting in the window, waiting for our server to run it to our table. Then, she did not check on us once. We had to call her over for any additional sides and we had to call her over to request for the check/to-go boxes. Even just to call her over for the check/to-go boxes, it took us another 25 minutes to flag her down. Halfway through our 2.25 hours, a table of six were seated near us. They were served (drinks, apps, entrees), paid and left before we left the restaurant, meaning their service was incredibly better than ours lol. For a restaurant that requires fanciness and business casual from its patrons, I would expect the same thing from its service.
