As usual, everything was lovely. Our server was attentive, professional, helpful, seamless. The food (particularly the seared tuna and chili) was superb.

Lovely date night venue. The food is great and the servers are covering for each other every minute. We will definitely return.

Second time here and absolutely love it still… jasmine was our server and was excellent! We arrived early for our reservation but were still seated immediately. Drinks came out amazing, my fiancé got the drink special which was a type of whiskey drink but I can’t remember what the name was and she loved it. She got had a salad that was perfect and I got the almost world famous pork chop which is incredible, almost tender enough that I didn’t need a knife. Excellent dinner experience.

We always have excellent service, food, and cocktails when we come to Grassroots. Our waiter Jordan set a relaxed pace and timed our drinks, salad, and entree perfectly. He is great! We split the large vegetable chop salad and then my husband had his usual ahi tuna steak. I tried the blackened fish; I wanted something light and this was perfect. The fish was grilled but not blackened, which I was relieved to see. As usual, we could not resist the decadent chocolate toffee brownie for dessert.

Our server was charming and did a fabulous job. We had the special (well described) and were not disappointed. I have eaten there several times before and although it was perfectly acceptable, today was outstanding.

Great value, not your run-of-the-mill fine dining. There are more expensive places, there are cheaper places, but Grassroots fits nicely in the category of great and reasonably priced meals.

The food and service here are always very good. I had the blackened ahi tuna - it was delicious and very good quality. I'm not sure why but I expected it to be warm on the outside, not cold, as it was delivered to the table. Still very good, but I wasn't expecting it.

I never have anything negative to say about Grassroots. The food is consistent and healthy. Still the best grits in town, which I ordered as the side for my swordfish, which was delicious. My friend had the swordfish with cauliflower as it was presented, and she thought it was very good. Only concern came from my friend, dealing that the server was rushing us out of our chairs and we just wanted to talk after reading, but I didn’t since that at all. Great meal, as usual!
