    We werden in een hoek weggestopt en het was niet gezellig, ik had van te voren gereserveerd dus dan wel gedacht dat ik een leukere plek zou krijgen

    It was the best American resturant we've been. The food was real tasty and the waitress was very warm welcoming and funny. I definitely recommend this experience to my friends and I will come back in the future to this great place.

    Seated on time following us making a reservation. After been sat for 20 minutes at the table we had to ask a member of staff who our server was as they had not approached the table. After a further 5 minutes ‘Danielle’ arrived and took our drinks and food order. We ordered x2 starters with x2 steaks for the main course. Only one of the starters was correct and it took what seemed like forever to sort. My wife ordered a medium steak and I ordered medium rare, both steaks came out medium rare (recorded the same on the bill), and the quality of meat was poor due to toughness and taste. We have visited numerous Hard Rock Cafe restaurants over the years and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately HRC in Times Square is not a place we will return to due to the standard of service and food.

    Great relaxed restaurant. Booked for 7pm on Monday night and when we checked in we were told there was a 25 minute wait, however we were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation time. The lobby and restaurant is packed with rock memorabilia which is great to keep you entertained. Our server was lovely and went out of her way to be friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were so flavourful. Would definitely recommend

    Service médiocre: obligés d'attendre d'etre tous là pour entrer. Une employée qui s'en va quand on lui parle, pas de sourire, pas d'amabilité. Un plat servi un quart d'heure apres les autres donc on a tous mangé froid. Une pizza avec uniquement pate+fromage (pas de base tomate, on nous l'a donné à part dans un bol!!!!!). Une portion de frites avec 13 frites (j'ai compté). Le serveur qui force à payer 80$de tips alors que l'on est absolument pas satisfaits de la prestation. Nous ne recommandons pas, nous ne reviendrons pas!!!! On avait hésité avec le Ellen stardust, nous n'hésiterons plus. Je vais partager photos et vidéos sur les réseaux.
