   The reservation was for Burn's Restaurant, and was changed to the Haven. We wanted Burn's for our 47th wedding Anniversary. The mishap spoiled our evening.

   We sat unacknowledged for 10 minutes at a prime table. We went in knowing we were going to buy a bottle of wine but when the server came, we had to ask for the wine list. For a place with $700+ bottles of wine, we were expecting a superior wine service but to our server it seemed an afterthought. Is this really a Bern’s concept? Took him 5 minutes to produce the wine list as well. We asked that all of our food be served all at once because we liked to have fun sharing all of it. That didn’t happen. The “Bread and Fat” (not impressed and no clue who this famous bakery was) was lack luster and the fried Brussel sprout salad was just okay. He said he brought those two out first because he wanted something for us to gnosh on. We think he forgot about our all at once request and had to get it out the kitchen. Disappointed. The Chilean sea bass was phenomenal. The trofie pasta a stand out. Will we return? Probably not. Rather go to the real deal at Bern’s.

   We choose Haven for everything from date nights to celebrating every big moment in our family! Last night we celebrated my son’s grad school journey beginning, and as always, our Haven family made it inexplicably special. Always a big shout out to Maddie and Jenna for celebrating our wins with us! We shared a delicious charcuterie board, drinks ( the best in Tampa Bay ) and then some incredible desserts and cappuccino! It’s always a flawless experience at Haven 🥰

   Excellent Food and Service. The Steak and the Sea Bass were delicious and cooked perfectly. The Shaved Brussels Sprouts were out of this world. You have to give them a try.

   Amazing food, Maddy was the best server, would definitely recommend! Favorites were charcuterie board, Pittsburgh style Delmonica, grilled octopus and asparagus!

   Not as good as I recalled, service was not as attentive as I’d have hoped. Very very loud on the side they sat us.

   Easily best restaurant in the region. Creative dish that aren’t over the top. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. The wine list is Michelin star level. And soooo many cheeses. You could go just for the cheese.

    Very overpriced. It makes no sense that as a Berns sister restaurant you pay $53 for a fillet at Haven and get nothing with it. Whereas, if you were at Berns, soup, salad, veg and potato are included in that same price. The bartender (female) was snotty. Our waiter was fine. Had to send back the $68 King Crab Ravioli. It wasn’t hot. No manager came by to apologize or offer a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience. I would not go to Haven again. Almost $400 for three people.
