   Service was excellent. Very friendly atmosphere and fun vibe. Food was excellent. We had a very enjoyable date night.

   We tried the knightsbridge restaurant this past Good Friday for a special meal . Staff were lovely, but as you would expect for a very pricey place. Sadly we were let down by the actual steaks which was unusual for the Hawksmoor who usually deliver . My friend was left not being able to continue the meal , with it just being not right . Usually you can let these things go and not complain, but when the prices are so high , we spend around £303 and sadly it leaves a painful sting , and tarnishes the overall experience. I don't wish to complain , but I do think for these prices there has to be some accountability . I would visit a different branch maybe but I need a sure thing when we are spending this much .

   They didn't read the comment I made when I made the reservation. They found the comment after we seated, and offered to change the seat. But it's too late to offer. Once we seated, it is not comfortable to move another seat.

   An Amazing steak, cooked superbly. I’ve eaten steakhouses throughout America including the best Texas, the rest the Midwest, and the ranches of the west and northwest. Hawksmoor’s steaks aren’t wagyu - and they aren’t meant to be. They are true, “western” meat, grilled to perfection. Flavorful, tender, and big!

   Everything was absolutely perfect especially as it was my husband’s birthday, special thanks to lovely Italian waitress Rafella. All the staff were so kind and wonderful. Thank you.

   Always been a regular at numerous branches over the years. The quality hasn’t changed and is always 10/10 (bar the roast potatoes) but the price is a little high in comparison to other venues that offer the same quality. Find the drinks to be over priced too. Service however is always great, everyone’s friendly and helpful.

   The staff at the bar, coat room, and front desk were wonderful. We had planned a date night, but unfortunately, it started off on the wrong foot. Initially, my partner received a wine glass with a live moth in it, which we assumed was just an unfortunate mistake. Then, when we ordered still water, my partner's glass contained a dead fly. When we brought this to the waiter’s attention, we were met with an unpleasant look. While there was one lovely staff member, the rest of the team serving on Saturday evening seemed indifferent. We were seated at Table 1 on the right-hand side at 8 PM. Our friends had highly recommended this restaurant, so we were quite disappointed. Although the food was good, the overall service left a negative impression.
