A passion for pleasing the senses is apparent in the four diamond award winning Restaurant at the Millcroft. Winner of the Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" 2024. Dirona "Achievement of Distinction in Dining" award 2024. Our Executive Chef Nicolas Petitjean exquisitely conceived menus, skillful preparation and creative presentation guarantee an experience which will satisfy and inspire even the most discerning palate. With an award winning wine list to compliment a savory lunch or sumptuous dinner, along with a dining experience in the POD overlooking the rushing falls of Shaw’s Creek, Headwaters Restaurant and Lounge is not to be missed. Live music on Saturday Nights from 7 - 10 pm.

    Looking for a picturesque and scenic place to get married. The Millcroft Inn and Spa allows you to get close to nature. Our wedding garden is located next to the banks of the Shaws Creek waterfall. The River Room is steps away from the base of the falls and can hold up to 80 people for any wedding event.

                My dinner experience started unbelievably uncomfortable and weird thanks to our waitress Lisa. I understand needing to ID a customer if they’re purchasing an alcoholic drink but she took this to the next level. I’ve visited this spa 5 times in the past and I have never been ID’d to have a drink including all day before dinner. An overlook perhaps? Anyways at dinner boyfriend(29) and I(25) were forced two separate times to go back to our room to retrieve our ID to be served. (Mind you have to be 19+ to even have a room at this place.) she made me sit uncomfortably and wait for him to run back and forth while she treated every other patron with respect and never asked them for ID. She never checked on me in the 15mins I was waiting and when my boyfriend came back to say hey I have the IDs she already had our drinks made??? What sense does that make. We asked for a different waitress considering she was standoffish and we paid for a nice experience…. We were then greeted with the (very lovely) manager trying to explain to us the law… AGAIN… WE GOT IT. Maybe keep it consistent with all your guests. Anyways another new server comes out and makes a joke that we needed big kid knives. What a way to diminish our experience. Like thank you yes I am 25 and thank you for thinking I’m younger but come on now. Lisa continued to serve the table next to us in almost a performative way. We saw the way she acted before and it was overcompensated. We would have liked an apology from her Atleast. The only thing that made up this experience was the manager she was so lovely and I wish I got her name. HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER PLEASE.

                Trish helped us have a flawless dining experience. She was well versed with the menu, helped navigate drinks and desserts very well and answered all questions with ease. She is very personable and Millcroft is lucky to have her. The good was exceptional. Lots of great flavour, texture and colour, compliments to the chefs…outstanding.

                Restaurant and location are picturesque - We reserved but had to wait almost 30 minutes before we were seated Wait staff were great The greens and meat were great, I wasn’t wowed with the scallops It was very expensive for what we got

                We had an excellent time for my partners birthday. The food was incredible and Fred gave amazing service. Great recommendations and a personalized dining experience. Overall a very enjoyable evening!
