   Always a pleasure to eat here, exceptional service and food. The ambience slightly dented by large Asian family groups treating it as a standard hotel restaurant, coats etc everywhere. Given the expense I would assume most diners there wanted to feel it was a special occasion.

   Although the food was excellent, the service here was surprisingly average compared to other Michelin-starred establishments I've visited.

   Gorgeous experience for dinner at Hélène’s. The restaurant is gorgeous and perfectly situated in The Connaught on a quaint and quiet street. Each plate was expertly crafted. We were invited back to see the kitchen in action, which is such a beautiful opportunity. Thankful for the experience.

   Fabulous experience overall, with a great veggie menu. I would just note that I don’t always want a full tasting menu, even the shorter 5 courses is a LOT of food! And the price point puts it firmly in the ‘occasional treat’ bracket.

   A superlative experience. Often, dining at a fine dining establishment either is too avant garde/experimentative, or is conventional with a stiff upper lip. Helen Darroze is neither; what it is is amazing hospitality, personal conversations, great ambience and exceptional service. The food itself is second to none. Each dish is a perfect and pure representation of what it’s meant to be, and every ingredient is both actively present in the dish and singing in harmony with the others. The wine list is incredible too and the sommelier offered us excellent pairing recommendations. Go for a special meal, you won’t go wrong.

    Great hotel and restaurant - the festive winter atmosphere is definitely a must. I had special attention put to my gluten allergy and didn’t feel left out from a culinary experience perspective. A must try!
