"FRESH FROM THE FARM AND HONEST TO GOODNESS HOME COOKING"

Henrietta’s Table opened its doors to a diverse and adoring public 20 years ago. In that time the restaurant has come to be the dining room of Nobel laureates, celebrities and New England Farmers. The Charles Hotel’s Executive Chef, Sean Lizotte, helms Henrietta’s Table and has designed a menu of "honest to goodness New England cooking."

Henrietta's Table has been at the forefront of farm-to-table dining since before it was a trend or a hashtag. Located in the heart of Harvard Square, you don't need a degree to appreciate our simple, homemade flavors - just like you'd find in Grandma's kitchen.

The Ritz cracker crusted scrod, Yankee pot roast and warm grain bowl are some of our guests' favorite dishes. Our menus rotate daily based on availability from our local farmers and artisans, pushing our chefs to constantly create mouthwatering dishes that let the ingredients shine.

I simply want to say thank you to all at Henriettas. The service was so kind, thoughtful, and polite. They could not do enough for us. And the food was comfort food (I had the Pot roast! So tender, more gravy next time lol!). When I gave bites to the other diners, they closed their eyes in sublime delight. Duck was a hit for two diners, and even the scrod with carolina rice was superb. You cannot go wrong here. thank you again!

The staff is such a delight. They are so genuinely happy when you enjoy a meal or a special desert. It makes eating at Henrietta’s special. And the snow on the patio is so beautiful The food is good and fresh though not really exciting. Which means that anyone can eat here, even grandpa Jim and grandson Owen.

The food and service was good, but the kitchen neglected to serve a salad that we had ordered as a first course. So the entrees came out pretty quickly because there was no salad first. Disappointing! But the experience was pretty good, overall.

We took our 33 year old son here for birthday brunch and it didn't disappoint..! The food was plentiful, delicious and a great variety! Three of us opted for the Mimosa package which included a bottle of champagne and three juices.. Fantastic! Our server was attentive and brought our son a plate of dessert while other staff sang Happy Birthday.. This was a memorable meal.. Easy parking in the Charles Hotel garage.

So reliable: our roast chicken and pot roast dinners were as excellent as ever. And the wait-staff and host and chef were as welcoming as always!

4 of us had a nice meal before going to a show. The food was good, not outstanding for the prices. The ambiance was warm if a bit loud. Everyone was satisfied but me. I ordered the pork chop and it was a bit overdone without much flavor. Others had the chowder and loved it. One of us had the swordfish and another had the duck. Both were satisfied. The deserts looked great; but we were all full.
