                                                                                                                                                                                The food was ok but not to the quality expected for a Michilen Plate restaurant. The lemon sauce on the potatoes was overwhelming. I would recommend Born & Raised down the street if considering this place. There are dining time limits. We were a party of 3 which alots 1.5 hours. About 50 minutes in, one of the wait staff asked if we were beginning to slow down and if he could clear plates. Our plates still had ample food on them, and my wife was mid-bite. They charge a 4% additional service fee, which is disclosed on the menu but not in advance of making a reservation. At this price point, it's just an annoyance. No plans to return anytime soon.

                                                                                                                                                                                We had a terrible experience, our food took over an hour to arrive to our table. Our 12 year old son has autism and the manager was terrible about rectifying the issue. So we left. Will not go again and do not recommend.

We were greeted by an unfriendly host who told us to take a seat. We were then 20 minutes later taken to the wrong table and placed back in the front area to wait another 15 minutes. We were offered drinks and the manager was very nice. The food was spotty. Great pizza, great salad- the beef dish was sent back. Just very uneven overall. We had high hopes but found the experience very disappointing.

Some dishes were a hit (beef carpaccio and the pork entree) others missed (apple fennel salad and the eggplant entree). We did comment about the eggplant and from that point on our server was extremely rude; ultimately leaving us less than impressed with our experience.

                                                                                                                                                                                We had a 10 star experience for our New Year’s Eve dinner at Herb & Wood! We had an amazing experience first we were greeted with drinks and our first course. As the night went on we were brought all of our courses and wow the food was so delicious each and every dish had its own unique flavor and taste. And then we were greeted with caviar service it was just all around an amazing experience for New Year’s Eve! The ambiance was perfect and the service was top notch!!!

Flavor and temperature management was disappointing. Our main waitress was in a rush, although some others helping bringing plates were excellent and with great attitude.

Overall it was a great experience. We went for the New Years Eve Menu and the food was outstanding but I feel a little overpriced at I believe $120 per guest. All in all great evening and dinner and look forward to going again and trying some of the regular menu options.

                                                                                                                                                                                We reserved for New year's eve dinner of the set courses. I like the ambiance and the service was very good! But some dishes are really salty , it tastes alright but the quality doesn't really live up to $110 per person. Overall we had a good time, but the value of that dinner needs improving.

                                                                                                                                                                                We were seated in a table with uncomfortable chairs so we asked if we could be moved. The waiter was great and gave us the best seat in front of the fireplace. It was a great experience and the food was also excellent.
