Contemporary Canadian Fire Roasted Cooking. Experience the aroma of cooking on flames and the warmth of a central fireplace. Be surrounded by rich colours and natural elements of rock, wood and metal; and take in highlights of petroglyphs and artwork from ancient times. This is the feel of the Homefire Grill concept.

The Homefire Grill features an open kitchen concept with the best in rotisserie and fire-roasted oven equipment. The restaurant seats 120 people with plenty of booth seating and the lounge seats 60.

    Pleasantly surprised, great menu options, All our meals were hot, plentiful portions. Bison stew, pork chop and steak meals were enjoyed by all. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Very enjoyable evening, will be back. Thanks.

    I am so pleased with the taste and value of food here. Service and ambience are fantastic and add to the whole dining experience. We had the special for lunch: potato bacon soup and it was the best I have ever tasted. The restaurant smells so good right when you walk in.

    Good food, nice atmosphere. Menu includes items with a selection of less-traditional meats such as bison and elk, along with Indigenous-inspired garnishes and add-ons such as Saskatoon berry and bannock. A very nice place to go for an evening meal.

    My party of five had a wonderful experience dining at Home Fires. We were so impressed with the menu and had a hard time making a decision. Our server helped us as she explained the specials for the day and provided details of some of the other dishes. As a starter the bannock is served crisp, with cranberries and a touch of herbs..soooooo good with whipped butter. Our server was friendly and efficient, and chatted easily with us. I want particularly to say thank you to Home Fires for not playing loud music…the atmosphere was conducive to talking with each other, and we were not competing with noise. Our meal was served hot, and the presentation was appealing. I will continue to chose Home Fires as my restaurant to go to….there menu suits everyone’s craving for tasty, excellent food.

    As always, I forgot to take pictures. Instead of birthday dessert, my friend asked for yam fries instead. Susan, our server, was so enthusiastic hourouring the request! Mom and I ate the 3 Sisters Salmon yum, huge salmon serving! The birthday girl ate the chicken and shrimp pasta special. She loved it. We were too stuffed for dessert.

    Amazing experience. We were passing through on our holiday from Australia and decided to give it a go. Our server was lovely and made sure we were comfortable and looked after. We had the Bison Stew, Homefire Burger and the kids Cheese Toasted Sandwich and everything was delicious! The cocktails and desert were amazing as well!

    We had the thanksgiving turkey dinner - food was very good - not great but good. Service felt a little rushed.
