Set off the Strip in Summerlin, Las Vegas, Honey Salt is the first independent venture for renowned restaurateur Elizabeth Blau and her husband, award-winning Chef Kim Canteenwalla. Incorporating a sense of home throughout all elements of the restaurant, Honey Salt is inspired by the couple’s passion for entertaining. Offering a glimpse into Blau and Canteenwalla’s culinary life, Honey Salt features the foods, drinks and hospitality they have shared with friends and family for years. We were there for a special Christmas menu. Very well priced for a very nice meal. The prime rib was gorgeous, as were the mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. The yorkshire pudding was -- unfortunately -- an overcooked and brittle shell. A misstep that didn't ruin the meal by any means, but it's not something that's often offered on American menus and I'd been looking forward to it as a component. Outstanding service -- the staff are always great at Honey Salt.

Service at the bar was quite good even though it was pretty busy. Food was good but not hot. Also... recommendation for Sarah.... Add purse hooks at the bar please. Thanks.

We were disappointed that the roasted veggie vegan pizza was no longer on the menu! We ordered the “new” vegan pizza but it wasn’t nearly as tasty as the original one! Please bring back the roasted veggie pizza with the pickled onions! That was a winner!

Our dinner and service were outstanding. The short ribs were the best we’ve had, the bronzino was great. Turkey meatballs snd kale Caesar both excellent! Great night!
