Set off the Strip in Summerlin, Las Vegas, Honey Salt is the first independent venture for renowned restaurateur Elizabeth Blau and her husband, award-winning Chef Kim Canteenwalla. Incorporating a sense of home throughout all elements of the restaurant, Honey Salt is inspired by the couple’s passion for entertaining. Offering a glimpse into Blau and Canteenwalla’s culinary life, Honey Salt features the foods, drinks and hospitality they have shared with friends and family for years. A true neighborhood restaurant that combines classic comfort with a relaxed sophistication, Honey Salt delivers a world-class dining experience complemented by the warmth and style of its dedicated owners.                                                               We have been going to Honey Salt for years, every time we go to Las Vegas. Never disappointed! Love everything about this restaurant! Steve, who has waited on us multiple times is a true gem! You can tell taking care of customers is not work for him, he is a real asset! Thanks Steve!

                                                              Service was very good, but food was cold when we received it. Chicken on the Benedict was dry. Might just be an off day, usually great food.

                                                              Server was slow and didn’t come by to check on us. Yes it was busy, however ….. that should be expected. Food was good, I wish the fried chicken sandwich had more flavor and the portion was bigger. The side of caesar salad was wilted however the flavor was there. Food was good, nothing to write home about. I would possibly come back.

                                                              This is my fourth or fifth time eating here and it's always been a pretty good experience whether it's a lunch or a dinner. I enjoy the craft cocktails and the food is very tasty overall it's a great location and great atmosphere with good food.
