Set off the Strip in Summerlin, Las Vegas, Honey Salt is the first independent venture for renowned restaurateur Elizabeth Blau and her husband, award-winning Chef Kim Canteenwalla.                                                               We enjoyed our lunch. The aesthetic was pleasing; we felt cozy and at home! The chicken sandwich was perfection, and my husband enjoyed the fresh green goddess juice.

                                                              We didn’t love the new decor - it was cuter before. Service was a bit slow, the salad was bland and the fried chicken wasn’t as good as I remembered. The bloody Mary wasn’t good either. But- overall we enjoyed ourselves.

                                                              We went on a Saturday night and had the slowest service I’ve seen in a while - we were seated for 15 minutes before someone came to take our drink order, and another 10-15 before our drinks actually came out and we could order food. Our reservation was at 7 and we weren’t eating our appetizers until 7:45, which was disappointing. The food was decent, but one of us found a long hair baked into the food, which ruined the whole experience, and the portions were small. Food was okay, but the awful service and overall experience ruined it - I won’t go back.

                                                              Tonight was a special Mardi Gras Farm Table menu. Everything was fantastic. We have been multiple times, and Never had a meal we did not enjoy. Tonight’s meal was well attended and well served. I asked out server about a beverage and though he wasn’t 100% certain he gave us a best guesstimate He then checked with bartender and actually followed us into the parking lot and chased us down (in a good way) to tell us the actual contents of a special Tonight’s menu drink. We recommend Honey Salt wholeheartedly.

                                                              The food was delicious, and the service was very good. We shared a brookie for dessert among the three of us, and it was scrumptious! The texture of the brownie was perfection. Just sayin’!!

                                                              Sage was a great waitress and was very attentive! Food was excellent and the bartender suggested alternatives when the liquor we wanted wasn't available.

                                                              Fantastic server we had. — Was seated dimmed when we got there too! Food was delicious and our whole family finished it all. Fantastic place, very reasonable prices and food went way beyond the price! Will be back for sure!
