The Hooded Merganser was designed to provide guests with a lakeside experience like no other. Vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows have made us the place to be during storm watching season. The outdoor patio is incredible during the warmer months. The menu features delicious Mediterranean dishes to perfection in the open kitchen. Enjoy the superb selection of hard-to-find Okanagan wines from our cellars. Tie up your boat at the marina and come in for a truly enjoyable time.

                                                      The recent renovations have been beautifully done with a warm and comfortable ambience. The service is excellent. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgable of the food and wine. The new mediterranean inspired menu has something for everyone and seems well thought out. The halibut was one the best I've had. Absolutely delicious! Overall great experience. Our new favourite restaurant in town.

                                                      The service was outstanding. The vegetable were undercooked and hard to cut. The steak was delicious, but definately not 6oz. It was a small lump, about 1/3 the size of my palm. It should be about the size and thickness of your palm, or 170 gram. Other than that we love dining there.
