   An updated menu for spring '25, aligned with the Mexican themes of the Orchid show. The corn fritter appetizer was nice with the creamy dipping sauce, as were the churros with dark chocolate sauce for dessert. I stuck with my favorite chicken cobb salad for the main dish. Service was very pleasant and professional. Always a lovely dining experience.

   Service was uneven but very courteous Lovely setting Other than salads and burger options I find the menu limited as I did a year ago on my first visit.

   The garden veggie burger was delicious and you can actually see the vegetables that comprise it in the patty. The vegetables are fresh it’s one of the best plant based burgers I’ve had. Other dishes there are also quite delicious and unique.

   First , reserving a table was easy and convenient on the OpenTable app. Then after the orchid show, my niece and I headed over to the Hudson Grill earlier than our reservation and they quickly seated us. The menu was superb. I recommend the Hudson burger. It was cooked exactly how we requested it and the probiotic drinks and grapefruit soda was delicious! This experience was tranquil meaningful, and one of the best days to spend quality time with my niece. I highly recommend it.

   Best restaurant in the Bronx. My only complaint is that the chef is constantly changing the menu, so a lot of my favorite dishes are often gone when I go back. However, the new items are always outstanding so I guess I don’t have much to complain about.
