Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Voted best gourmet room by The Best of Las Vegas Review Journal 2013.

    My partner and myself both ordered the ribeye steak. Both ordered medium rare. Neither was cooked even close to medium rare. Mine was very tough on one end and excellent on the other. My partners was basically bad overall. White asparagus was not cooked not even close. Service was excellent wine was excellent but the food was not good especially for the price that we paid.

    Hugo’s is a long time favorite in the Vegas valley. Well worth your time and money to visit them. Food is almost always top notch, only once did we have a suspect meal. NYE 2024-25 was once again, sublime.

    Excellent wine selection and support from their Sommelier John. The table side service by Vidal was awesome and our Waiter Carlos made for an incredible anniversary celebration. Food was outstanding. Great place for special occasions. We traveled here from FL and we’ll be back. It’s a hidden gem on Fremont!!

    One of the best dining experiences we’ve had. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was amazing and the atmosphere dark and quiet. I can’t say enough good things about the place and would highly recommend it,

    Hugo’s is our go to place in Vegas. We plan our meals around Hugo’s. Dean is the BEST bartender in Vegas. The roll up salad bar is outstanding. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Our wine recommended by John was perfect. The ambience, the personable service is outstanding.
