Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Voted best gourmet room by The Best of Las Vegas Review Journal 2013.

    My husband and I shared a wonderfully memorable Thanksgiving dinner at Hugo's. It included everything we could have asked for and more. The lobster bisque soup and the made-to-order salad were fantastic as well as the rest of the feast. Thank you, Hugo's!

    Another outstanding experience at Hugo’s, great food and great service in a wonderful setting. Mark and Gene were outstanding. Handled our large party with ease.

    Totally classic top quality dinning experience. Every meal comes with table-side prepare salad. Great fun and quality. I choose the Tomahawk rid eye perfectly prepared. My wife opted for the Australian Lobster Tail. Thankfully she shared a bit as I traded some of my steak with her. Both meals were outstanding. Side orders were a limited for what you would expect for a traditional steak house. But they were still okay and not a bad take-away from the meal. Finished up the experience with table-side prepare Bananas Foster which was perfectly prepared.

    Great old Vegas vibe! The staff was very attentive. They make a great old-fashioned and a great wine selection. The chilean Seabass was perfection and the ribeye delicious too.

    We love Hugo's fabulous food and service. It gives the old Vegas vibe. All meals were exceptional except the Steak my husband ordered. Tuff and had visable gristle running through it. Surprised chef even prepared. Staff did offer to replace but husband declined. They did remove from bill. Not a deal breaker for us. Will be back.
