   Most of my party enjoyed their food. I had the tuna and felt it was too cold and bland. Something I wouldnt order again. I think the prices are just too high for the quality of the food you receive.

   Samantha our server was so good. Explained all food, appetizers and was around all the time. Food was delicious

   We were basically sat at the worst table in the place. Right in the middle of all the traffic right next to the server station. There really should not be a table in that location at all.

   Service was top notch and perfect for the steak house vibe. Love the crab cake. Glass was rarely empty.

   The server was not attentive and lacked planning when we told her we were splitting a steak. I ended up eating my portion on a small side dish plate. She should have had at least a dinner size plate for me to eat on and didn't even ask.

   Steak was under done. I ordered medium and it came out medium rare.

   Very professional service, Polite and knowledgeable staff, very clean and food was very good, Clam chowder was very good, Oysters were very good, and the server explained the two different types of them

   Excellent! We went there for my father‘s 79thbirthday dinner. The service (Tom) was the best and our family has not had a night out that was more perfect. The food, the drinks and the service combined with such a nice crowd and atmosphere make us be consistent and repeat customers. Thank you, Hugo’s in Naperville!

   Lunch in Naperville on Friday - busy, noisy, but not bad. Lots of servers circulating, lots of attention. Water is constantly refilled, we were asked about our meals - all good! I like this place, food is good and comes with appropriate sides. Business lunch, long lunch all good - not appropriate for a lot of kids or quick meals...this is dining.

    Great food, and outstanding service by Tom and Mike. While the prices are high….the quality of the food is worth it. The best steaks and shrimp in Chicago area, and even beyond. The seafood is better if than many seaside restaurants. This has been our go-to place for nearly 20 years for our family. Love it!
