   Very beautiful restaurant. We all had filet which was very good. Seemed a little tougher than I would have expected but was still very good. I had mashed potatoes that were a little bland. The other two had baked potatoes and they come table side with all your toppings. Nice touch. One had lobster cooked great. They serve a cheesy bread which was unbelievably amazing. Mai tai was best on island. Our server Anakin was delightful. Made the experience even better.

   I would not go back to Hy for the buffet lunch again. Prior to this Easter Buffet lunch, dinners were special. We didn’t find this buffet any “special”, and the cost per adult, was over priced. We had a party of four, we all had upset stomach. Two of us had to go to the restroom at the restaurant and the other two had to rush to restrooms at home. After lunch, we went directly to our home. The drinks, tea and coffee, were Ala cart, not included with the buffet.

   Steak was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was rich. The staff was attentive and quick. It was a great experience with my son.

   Booked dining room, but was put @ table in bar area w bartender serving as waiter. Meat was terribly over cooked (beyond well done when ordered medium rare). Service painfully slow (not server’s fault..too busy and understaffed!). Didn’t offer to decant the Opus One. Side veggies could have been from the Golden Corral buffet. No one greeted us goodbye. Still ended up paying a fortune. Not worth it.

   リニューアルしたところはわからなかったけど、逆に昔ながらのままで安心しました。 味も変わらず良かったです。
