    Hy's warm resort-style and central location is second to none for private dining. Our stunning restaurant can play host for any occasion, from the most formal reception to the most casual get together. We can comfortably accommodate up to 18 in a semi-private dining room, but arrangements can be also be made for parties from 60-120 in semi-private areas of the restaurant, or in some cases, full restaurant buy-outs. Whether you are planning a sit-down meal, or a stand-up cocktail style reception, we are happy to discuss your options, and the many ways Hy's professional team can make your party an occasion to remember.

    My boyfriend and I came here tonight to celebrate a late Valentine’s night dinner. We had such a wonderful experience our server Brain was absolutely amazing ! He made sure our drinks were topped up and made us feel special, and also he makes the best Cesar salad ;-) ! Because of him our experience was delightful, also the quality of food was amazing ! Hands down one of the best restaurants. Thank you !

    Steak Neptune was amazing, filled cook to medium rare, very juicy. If you are curious to try some wine, get the mini mòet, great bang for buck to share with partner. Rob who is our server is very kind and helpful in making choices for our meal, presentation was amazing and the vibe was good. 100% will need to book for reservations as it filled up quick. Would be a great place for a date or special occasions.

    I’ve had tastier steaks/meals at the keg. I find the quality and service has slipped recently. We felt a bit rushed to pay our bill as we never asked for it.

    Very good steakhouse in whistler. Food and wines were excellent but it’s expensive at £85 each $150 CAD. Most of the cost is in the wines which is common in North America

    The table side service was awesome, the menu has all the traditional staples Banana Foster-flambé and Spanish coffee, I wish I was hungrier lol and next time will definitely get a bone in rib steak, had tuna tartar and table side made Caesar salad-the dressing tasted amazing-the server was super friendly and funny, a true Canadian staple-highly recommended!
