India House Restaurant in Downtown Chicago offers dining,All You Can Eat Lunch Buffet, catering services, delivery through Uber Eats/DoorDash/ Grubhub, and banquet services. Our party room can accommodates up to 50 guests and is perfect for events such as birthday parties, baby showers, corporate parties, and much, much more.

Enjoy dining in at the India House restaurant that offers over 250 different unique menu items, an ambiance full of Indian fine arts and crafts, and our commitment to provide you with delicious, creative, and healthy foods.

Our food is representative of the many and varied regional cuisines of India and of the many ethnic groups of people in the subcontinent. Our dishes range from Bombay , Delhi , street Fare and Home style Tandoori cooking to the most sophisticated food of the royal families. Catering is our specialty. Try our daily luncheon buffet.

    The staff at India House made my 67th birthday extra special, with a cake, candle and a huge sparkler. They sang happy birthday and took a smartphone photo of me, wearing one of my Shah Rukh Khan t-shirts.

    Awesome service, scrumptious food and nice ambience. This was our first time to India House and it did not disappoint us. We had Tava Paneer, Chicken Reshmi Kababa, Malai Kofta, Kadhai Lamb, Manchow soup, Hawkers noodles, cheese naan, garlic naan, gajar halwa, saffron cheese cake. We enjoyed it a lot and definitely will visit again.

    I felt like I was overpaying. I went during restaurant week and had a $60 set . With tax and tips, it cost me nearly $80. for main course I ordered a thali. Only the lamb curry was decent; the rest... well, let's just say it wasn't great.

    Food was excellent and my girlfriend enjoyed her birthday dinner she was very happy with everything. The only bad thing I would say was the free dessert they gave us it was horrible.

    The service was remarkable. I enjoyed the Food. The buffet had variety’s of Indian dishes.

    We came here for the first time for a different experience. Our waiter Sankel was awesome. He was very attentive and explained everything in detail. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back for the lunch buffet.
