   Everything about this place is wonderful. The meals are flavorful and unique, and the service was perfection. It’s also such a beautiful place! Highly recommend!

   We had a lovely evening at The Inn at Barley Sheaf. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Our food was amazing. We both had the pork dish and it was excellent. We will be back. Advice, go a bit early and walk the beautiful grounds!

   One of my favorites in the area for upscale dining experience! The food was exceptional and service was almost as good to match. Too much wine was poured at the start (more than a normal single portion — the waiter tried to serve the entire bottle at one time) and not all tasting plates were delivered at the same exact time (they came out two at a time).

   Hidden gem! If you haven’t been to Barley Sheaf, you are missing out. The old owners were great, but the new ownership and executive chef have taken it to the next level. This is the first post I’ve ever made about a restaurant, but I needed to do so after our experience last night. If you like fine dining, book a reservation. You will not be disappointed! PS - Kyle was an excellent server!

   This is Michelin star level food and service. It felt as if we were guests at a wonderful country house. The new(ish) chef and team are phenomenal. Lots of delicious items cooked perfectly. The beet salad was a flavor sensation with the additions. The turbot was the best fish dish I have had anywhere in the past few years. My husband adored his tartare (with crunchy delightful potato stick) and his scallops. Have always enjoyed the Inn at Barley Sheaf under former ownership. I am very glad that the new team is even stronger in kitchen. You could not ask for a better server than Kyle. What a charming pro! From greeting to farewell, everything was top notch. We will visit more frequently.

    Although we have enjoyed many dinners at Barley Sheaf, this was our first Sunday brunch. We had a very fussy guest, who enjoyed the meal and the service just as much as we. The same care and quality that goes into the restaurant's dinner experience is maintained throughout brunch. Service is divine, and everyone is so accommodating!
