ITA 101 is an authentic Italian restaurant that serves a limited, rotating menu with fresh, local ingredients. Chef Kevin Maher and the ITA101 staff invite you to bring your favorite bottle of wine and enjoy gourmet Italian cuisine.
ITA101 will give you a true farm to table experience. Chef Kevin only uses ingredients of the finest quality that are in-season. The menu is ever changing.

    The food was delicious! Three of us had the Pesto past, Pasta carbonara, Ricotta pie, salad, apple cake & lava cake(best dessert ever!) The server was so attentive & polite. I love that the menu constantly changes. Can't wait to go back.

    I love ITA 101. The food is always outstanding and creative. The menu offerings are inspired and unique making it a really wonderful experience. This visit our server was not as familiar with the menu and unable to answer some of our questions but quickly got the answers we needed. My one suggestion would be to dim the lights. It was so bright in the dining room that it felt more like a diner than a fine dining experience ruining the ambiance and vibe of an otherwise A+ meal.

    The menu said pork chops over cabbage and apple purée for $27.00 There was one pork chop with a couple spoonfuls of the cabbage. My husband told the waiter and he replied that he was very observant.

    Pasta tasting menu was terrific. My favorite course was the prosciutto main was to die for. Perfect serving portions. And the chocolate dessert, ahhhhh. We'll done, Chef Kevin.

    Great menu with lots of very wonderful pairings. The food was so incredible. I just wanted to keep on eating. The bread was incredibly fresh and the olive oil was something I’ve never had before. It was so good.
