J. Gilbert's is an "upscale casual" steakhouse serving prime-aged beef cooked over a mesquite wood-fired grill. Guests enjoy various cuts of steak, fresh seafood (including award-winning crab cakes) & other house made favorites like the Blue Cheese potato chips & Chocolate Velvet Cake. The cozy atmosphere includes, rich wood, brick & soft lighting where you can enjoy an intimate table or host a private party. The extensive martini & wine list offers the perfect compliment to an excellent meal delivered with attentive service. J. Gilbert's is open for dinner 7 days a week and can be booked for private luncheons. Reservations are highly recommended.

    Jonah was very helpful in selecting the wine. My salad was very crisp and cold, our main courses were very good.

    We had a wonderful dinner. The calamari is the best in the city. I love their center cut steak while my husband loves the seafood entrees. We tried their chocolate cake which is amazing. Our server MeiLi was amazing. She kept our drinks topped off and was just a pleasure to have serving us. We can’t wait to come back for a date night.

    Such a lovely restaurant and having an opportunity to have lunch during their seasonal special lunch hours was a real treat. Service was perfect, food was amazing and the cozy atmosphere is always so pleasant. Kudos to the management for offering the lunch option during the holidays! We celebrated birthdays and were treated royally!
