J. Gilbert's is an "upscale casual" steakhouse serving prime-aged beef cooked over a mesquite wood-fired grill. Guests enjoy various cuts of steak, fresh seafood (including award-winning crab cakes) & other house made favorites like the Blue Cheese potato chips & Chocolate Velvet Cake. The cozy atmosphere includes, rich wood, brick & soft lighting where you can enjoy an intimate table or host a private party. The extensive martini & wine list offers the perfect compliment to an excellent meal delivered with attentive service. J. Gilbert's is open for dinner 7 days a week and can be booked for private luncheons. Reservations are highly recommended.

We had a table of 4 people. The service was good but not great. When our entrees were delivered, the wrong 8 ounce steak was plated. I noticed the 6 ounce size on my plate and registered a complaint. An apology was extended. I told my other dinner guests to go ahead and eat. It took ten minutes for my plate to arrive. Needless to say, my guests had almost finished their meal before I started to eat mine. Another apology was extended when the plate arrived. Please note that my waiter did not say anything. It was the server who extended the apology.. Sad experience.

Our experience was very nice. Steaks were prepared exactly as we ordered. Sides were delicious and complemented the meal.

Place was amazing! I had their Prixe Fix crab bisque, Filet duo with Scallops and dessert and my husband had their burger and lobster Mac. We shared the shrimp cocktail. Every bit was delicious. Staff was friendly and on point. Would love to go back but we’re traveling.

Lovely dinner experience Sunday night at J. Gilberts, from the drinks at the bar thru dessert everything was done right with attentive staff. I will be going back soon and recommending to others.

Everything was absolutely amazing!! Mei Li was our server and she went above and beyond to make my bday extra special. Ask for her if you go! Will definitely be back!

Best rack of lamb I have ever had. Delicious infused pineapple martini. J.Gilberts has a filet that is to die for. Always a fun place to celebrate a special night! Never disappoints .
