    Ring in the New Year with us at Jackson’s Steakhouse on Sunday, December 31st. We will be open for dinner service with three seatings: 5:00p.m., 7:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. Please note, reservations for 5:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. will be two-hour seatings. In addiction to our standard dinner menu, Chef Irv Miller will have a special New Year’s Eve feature available.

  • Pensacola Opera & Jackson’s: Dinner and an Aria

    For the sixteenth consecutive year, Jackson’s is proud to partner once again with the Pensacola Opera to present “Dinner and an Aria” on Thursday, February 6, at Jackson’s. Join us as these remarkable young singers perform some light opera and musical theatre pieces you’re sure to recognize. Opera newcomers and enthusiasts alike will enjoy! The 2025 artists are Rachel Fitzgerald, Camille Robbles, Micah Perry, Joseph O’Shea with Meredith Stemen on the piano. There will be 2 seatings for this event: 5:00 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. In addition to our full dinner menu, Chef Miller has prepared a special feature; herb & garlic Boursin-crusted beef tournedos, cabernet demi-glace, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, roasted broccolini & rainbow carrots.

    We were delighted with our wonderful dining experience at Jackson’s today. As usual, the food was exquisite and perfectlhy prepared and presented. The hostess is lovely and we enjoyed seeing her again. I am sorry that I don’t know her name. Amanda, our waitress, was charming and attentive and professional. We are so pleased that we have this fine restaurant in Pensacola.

    As always, our dining experience at Jackson’s was great. We ordered the harvest pasta and it was delicious. We were very impressed with the dressing on the chopped salad and our server Kathy even brought us extra dressing for dipping our bread. We can always count on Kathy and Jackson’s for a delightful dining experience.

    The staff were amazing but all 3 steaks are are table were not done to the temps we requested. When I bit into the meat mine was actually cool as if it had been sitting. They redid them but it wasn’t much better at all.

    Christmas Eve dinner out has been a tradition for my wife and I for over 25 years (night I proposed). Jackson’s has played a large part in hosting those dinners for many of those years. Great food and fantastic service staff. Food was on point and never felt rushed. Thank you for being open on Christmas Eve and Happy New Year to the Staff! Alx and Pam Rodriguez

    This is my favorite fine dining restaurant in Pensacola. Great for special occasions and to take out of town guests. The food is wonderful and you never feel rushed no matter how busy they are.
