Jackson's Steakhouse

Ring in the New Year with us at Jackson’s Steakhouse on Sunday, December 31st. We will be open for dinner service with three seatings: 5:00p.m., 7:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. Please note, reservations for 5:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. will be two-hour seatings. In addiction to our standard dinner menu, Chef Irv Miller will have a special New Year’s Eve feature available.

In celebration of the holidays, Jackson’s presents 3 special holiday events: “Deck the Halls,” on Saturday December 7, 14 and 21. Jackson’s has teamed up with the Pensacola Opera to present an event filled with holiday cheer featuring costumed carolers strolling from table to table singing all of the traditional carols. The quartet for the evening will include Tina Wang, Suzette Leger, Joseph Decker, and Greg Watson. The Pensacola Opera singers will serenade patrons with all the holiday favorites. Each Saturday there will be 2 seatings for this event; 10:30am and 1:00pm. In addition to our full lunch menu, Chef Miller will offer a special feature to celebrate the occasion.

For the sixteenth consecutive year, Jackson’s is proud to partner once again with the Pensacola Opera to present “Dinner and an Aria” on Thursday, February 6, at Jackson’s. Join us as these remarkable young singers perform some light opera and musical theatre pieces you’re sure to recognize. Opera newcomers and enthusiasts alike will enjoy! The 2025 artists are Rachel Fitzgerald, Camille Robbles, Micah Perry, Joseph O’Shea with Meredith Stemen on the piano. There will be 2 seatings for this event: 5:00 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. In addition to our full dinner menu, Chef Miller has prepared a special feature; herb & garlic Boursin-crusted beef tournedos, cabernet demi-glace, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, roasted broccolini & rainbow carrots.
