Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. Its full bar has a unique menu that includes margaritas, tequila, wine and more. Please call the restaurant for reservations .

    We have always eaten at Javier’s when we visit Las Vegas- several times a year. We have also brought many family and friends with us and I’ve also had this restaurant at the top of our list for business events as well. Unfortunately, we no longer will. What did we like? - we were able to move our reservation from 6 to 5 because we were starving. Javier’s margaritas are still great. Fresh chips and guacamole great. What went wrong? - salsa was so spicy with big chunks of white onion; not good. And we like spicy food. Polo Asada was great. - I ordered the chicken fajitas. It came with 3 huge chunks of tomato, 5 large scallions and a few pieces of white onion. No bell peppers. Chicken was dry. The chicken enchiladas with mole no longer come with rice and beans. That is now an extra fee. For a staple with any dish. That wasn’t good. They also switched servers during our meal and then we had a horrible experience charging the meal to our room at the Bellagio. For 4 people the bill was about $320. We charged $200 to our room and my sister paid another $200 in cash. I signed the bill and crossed out the tip because it was in the cash we left. When we went to check out at bellagio they had added a $78 tip to the $200 room charge. Absolutely ridiculous. We had to document everything with the Bellagio for their investigation. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep a copy of the receipt. Thank goodness we are good customers at the Bellagio and they did what was right and took it off. BEWARE…. Double check your bills and save your receipts!! Will never go back!

    We had a 7 pm reservation and checked in early and we were told they would text us when our table was ready. After 30 Minutes waiting I inquired with the hostess and she said “we will let you know” and I explained we had already waited 40 minutes past our reservation time. We were finally seated 40 minutes later and our waiter gave us the bums rush by taking our entire order including dessert after being seated for 7 minutes. Overall experience was poor and definitely not like the service and quality of Your LA location

    I ordered chicken enchilada and got beef. When I told the waiter about the mistake he brought me only 1 enchilada even though the dish had 2 enchiladas. What the heck ? We also ordered the crab, shrimp and lobster enchiladas and they were extremely salty. The service was not good . I am sooo disappointed. We spend a lot of money and had a less than stellar experience. The waiter was so embarrassed of our experience that he even told us not to tip him. How wierd is that ?

    The Food is Excellent. BUT THE MUSIC NEEDS TO BE TURNED DOWN OR OFF!! We could barely hear the wait staff. Had to repeat things multiple times. IT IS INSANELY LOUD. Which makes people yell to hear each other which turns into a scream-fest!! This was our 4th time to dine and it seems to be getting worse! MANAGEMENT: PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!

    We make reservations months and weeks in advance to ensure we get a meal at Javier’s. The best salsa, better than anything in San Antonio. The spicy marg is the best! We will definitely be back

    Looking for a high end intimate mexican restaurant? Javiers checks the boxes for tasteful food, menu variety, and some good spanish music. Although pricy, its a nice dining experience.
