Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. Its full bar has a unique menu that includes margaritas, tequila, wine and more. Please call the restaurant for reservations .

    The place looks great and it is obviously successful. It was a disappointment starting with improper table height/seating, we are a family of 4 with normal heights ranging between 5'8 - 6'. The food was good but it was far from exceptional. Having only 6 beers the bill was $430 including our 20% tip, the service was good. This is too expensive, for this money we know better places on the Strip.

    Excellent service. Chips and salsa is fresh and tasty. Water glasses were always refilled. The steak quesadilla was delicious. The steak was tender with the flavor of being grilled outdoors.

    This was our second visit to Javier’s and it was just as exceptional as the first time. Our server, Orlando, was outstanding and recommended a fantastic dish (seafood trio enchiladas)! The only negative comment I have is the bartenders threw glass bottles in the trash and it was so very loud and disturbing.

    The food was good but way overpriced. It wasn't as hot as it should have been. Disappointed in the margaritas...they were way too tequila forward without other flavors. The other bars in aria have better balanced ones.

    We always get lunch here, and we always love it! Tried something new, the short ribs. The sauce was so good, I ate some with my extra rice.
