Exciting changes have arrived at JORY Restaurant! JORY now offers an exquisite multi-course dinner tasting menu—available in 4, 5 or 7 courses—featuring the region’s seasonal bounty. Guests can enhance their meals with curated wine pairings from our renowned cellar. Reservations open 30 days in advance.

Our popular à la carte brunch continues on weekends and special holidays.

Meanwhile, the hotel's living room space has transformed into a welcoming three-meal restaurant concept with all-day à la carte dining known as The Living Room of the Valley. Expanded seating, terrace service, and longtime favorites like the Pinot Burger make The Living Room the perfect gathering place. Breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations can be made for The Living Room by calling 503-554-2526. The Living Room hours are 7 a.m. to close. Walk-ins are also welcome!

Food is always consistent and wonderful! Best brunch ever. Unfortunately, we always have to wait for our table despite reservations and service continues to be slow. The restaurant interior could use an update... fresh upholstery for the banquets would make a big difference.

The new tasting menu at the Jory is awesome. Each course was incredibly thoughtful and well executed. Go for the wine pairings - they are a fun mix of local and international wines, with some fun pairings in there you wouldn't expect. Service was friendly and attentive. The Black Cod and Pork Tasting dishes were our favorites. Add the Jory to your list for your next special occasion meal.

The food is great at Jory. It has recently changed to a 4, 5 or 7 course meal. The food they serve is is excellent, however, they should also have an Ala carte menu like they used to have. Otherwise people will get tired and won’t go back. Do the people in the bar area have a different menu? And for lunch, is it also a coursed meal? I forgot to ask?

For those looking for more flexibility, we’re pleased to offer an a la carte menu in The Living Room of the Valley, adjacent to JORY’s main dining area. The Living Room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte style, and the menu is available in the bar and lounge, The Living Room, on the outdoor terrace, and at the Chef’s Counter overlooking the kitchen. We had the best NYE lunch at Jory. The food and drinks were perfect. The wagyu and the burger are not to be missed. AND…our server, Whitney made the whole day. She was knowledgeable, funny, and it is clear she genuinely likes her job. Happy 2025! We will see you when you reopen!

The first folks in for breakfast and Jory and The Allison delivered! Wonderful waitress, excellent food, great setting! When we asked about the art work, we were given a beautiful small book on the art of the Allison and spent time in the gardens admiring and learning about the installations! Terrific morning!
