Ka’ana, meaning “to share” in Hawaiian, delivers farm-fresh, seasonal and sophisticated food utilizing the unforgettable rich island flavors of Maui. The menu is curated nightly to stimulate a sense of adventure, adding local tastes and aromas with twists.

The restaurant offers a unique, residential style setting with views of Mokapu Beach and the cascading infinity pools of the resort. The restaurants outdoor dining offers you front row seats to the sun setting over the horizon, or the indoor seating offers you a show as you watch the chefs create your dinner in the open-aired kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant.

Helmed by Executive Chef Ritchard Cariaga and Chef de Cuisine Chance Savell, we invite you to share these moments with the ones you love while we share our best family style dishes to you.

The food was delicious. We went for Valentine’s Day and it seemed that the kitchen was a bit overwhelmed despite the pre set menu. On the other hand, it was clear that everything was fresh and made to order. I did think that the price was a bit steep for the food that we got. It would have been appropriate for a multicourse tasting menu, but seemed high for the four course dinner we had. The setting was lovely, and the views are terrific.

A very long wait. On everything. Long wait for taking our order. Long wait for the drinks to come, long wait for the waiter to acknowledge us and check on us. Long wait on the food. There were tables who came after us and left before us. Not in our waiter’s section, who didn’t even have a name tag on. When payed the bill we’ve noticed that the gratuity was already applied, even though there was only 2 people in our party. How convenient… The bill was $730 - for 2 people 4 course meal plus 3 rounds of drinks.

The food, our waiter and the ocean view were spectacular! I can’t recommend Ka’ana Kitchen enough! We started with the Kulu Beet Salad and Buttered Red Crab, had the Maui Caught Fish (Mahi Mahi) for our entrees and finished the evening with incredible desserts!

We love Ka’ana Kitchen! We dine there often! John is AWESOME! Food is delicious! Waygu Hanger and Watermelon Salad is always a must (for me)!

Very tasty. Watermelon salad was great. We enjoyed the entrees as well. Only negative for a beer snob was no beer on tap.

The watermelon salad was mediocre at best. Bolognese had very little venison and the scallops with pork belly was fair at best

Tia was wonderful in all ways, generous attentive and very kind & personable. We had the beet and carrot salad both so fresh (local farms) and yummy. I had the Mahi and my husband chose the scallops. Both entrees were prepared just right. We ended up with the chocolate decadence torte, so good. The drinks were great, Trader Vic’s Mai Tai and a Lime in the Coconut! A must visit restaurant while in Maui but better yet while staying at the Andaz!

Food was good but not a big menu to choose from. The reason for the 4 stars is the music they played was way too loud and not very relaxing.
