Discover our new culinary world at the southern tip of Sylt. At KAI3, head chef Felix Gabel and his international team with restaurant manager Robert Mürrle focus on a fresh kitchen philosophy with the highest standards of quality: experience "Nordic Fusion", which has been awarded a star in the Michelin Guide, up close and at its finest. Local products and ingredients from selected producers in northern Germany and Scandinavia are at the heart of our KAI3 cuisine.

    Wunderbar moderne, inspirierte und auch witzige Aromenküche. Sensationell präsentiert und durchweg stimmig. Das alkoholfreie Pairung zum Menu war abwechslungsreich und ausgezeichnet zusammengestellt. Der 2. Stern dürfe nur noch eine Frage der Zeit sein. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Merci.

    Essen in Sternequalität. Auch für das Auge wird viel Aufwand getrieben. Das Winepairing ist schlicht genial. Man wird vom jungen Somelier noch hören.
